On December 5th 2009, Playa del Carmen will host the first ever Natural & Whole foods restaurant. Located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, the Think Green Eco Expo will have a vast variety of treats to taste.

The event brings together an amazing array of vegetarian and natural food providers, top chefs, and educational exhibitors in a fun and welcoming environment. It is a chance to talk directly to food producers, learn the newest items in the marketplace, taste food samples, shop at show, or simply learn what vegetarian foods are available and where you can find them!

Whether you are a longtime vegetarian or vegan, or someone simply wanting to add more healthy and delicious foods to your meal repertoire, or if you are just curious what it's all about, you are welcome here! We offer you free admission and free parking.

Each small restaurant will be serving up a delightful 5 – 10 item menu of Riviera Maya’s finest in Natural & Whole foods. If ththiings go according to plan we may even have an organic beer bar, for the conusur in us all.

The menus will include dishes from Classic American cuisine, Authentic Thai dishes, Home-style Mexican foods and Japanese Miso Soups and more. Attempting to use the best quality ingredients available, a large majority of them being organic, such as flours, veggies, some fruits, lentils, beans, soy products, grains & pastas.

Our Natural Restaurant opens from 10am to 9pm, serving breakfast until noon, lunch and dinner from 11am on. We offer outdoor seating are close to the beach. We look forward to seeing you soon, so please come and visit.
